The Manager, TNE Partnerships and Delivery is the key relationship manager between administrative areas to ensure smooth, efficient and integrated operations for Transnational Education (TNE) Partnerships at Swinburne. Under direction of the Director and Academic Director of TNE, and working closely with other members of the TNE team, the Manager TNE Partnerships and Delivery will ensure sustainable TNE administrative practices, delivery of annual partnership reviews, integration of partnership requirements within existing University procedures, and advice on appropriate adjustments to partnerships to ensure minimal impact to existing resourcing.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated understanding of transnational education partnerships, with experience managing international stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes within a complex organization
- Proven experience in managing a range of administrative and service functions related to education delivery and/or partnerships
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to interpret and effectively communicate policies and strategies, particularly as they relate to academic quality assurance
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to interpret University, government and international policies, identify risks and provide advice to management
- Proven skills in decision making, problem solving and strong negotiation skills together with a result orientated mindset
Qualifications
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and/or professional experience in transnational education, higher education program delivery, or a related field
